Kootenay Knitting was an established knitwear company in Cranbrook when they got the opportunity of a lifetime – to provide toques, mitts and other accessories for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games.

In this video, Cathy Rella, President of Kootenay Knit and Apparel, talks about how working with the Trust’s investment program allowed her to take her company onto the world stage while helping her achieve the other part of her vision: remaining located in the Kootenays.
